indomitable Philadelphia Phillies broke the deadlock in their last at bats,
pulling out a 6 to 3 win over the Houston Astros and sending their hometown
fans home smiling.

Philadelphia came up with the deciding runs in the 9th inning with 3 runs.
David Bell led off and keyed the rally when he reached on an error. Chase
Utley came next and he drew a walk. Mike Lieberthal then belted a three-run
homer (his 14th of the season) giving Philadelphia the win much to the
delight of the home town crowd. Philadelphia totaled 7 on the night.

Ugueth Urbina(11-6) got the win allowing no runs in 2 innings. Mike Burns(3-2)
suffered the loss in relief. He allowed 3 runs and 1 hit without retiring a
batter.
